A Holistic Approach to Health, Beauty, and Well-Being
Ageless Integrative Medicine & Laser Skin Care was founded in 2006 with a vision of delivering truly patient-centered, holistic care in both medicine and aesthetics. The practice was established by Dr. Dean McLaughlin, MD, a dedicated advocate for integrative and aesthetic medicine, alongside his daughter April, a passionate champion for women’s health. Together, they created a space focused on providing advanced treatments that support healthy skin and overall wellness.
In time, his son, Seth McLaughlin, MSN, FNP-BC, APHN-BC, expanded the practice to include a broader integrative medical approach, incorporating herbal medicine, mental health care, neuromusculoskeletal therapies, and IV nutritional therapy alongside the existing aesthetic services. With a background in family medicine, holistic nursing, and herbal therapeutics, Seth has further refined the practice’s focus on personalized, whole-person care.
Today, Ageless Integrative Medicine & Laser Skin Care continues to be a trusted center for integrative health and aesthetic treatments, serving patients who seek a natural, comprehensive approach to aging, wellness, and beauty.
Meet Seth McLaughlin, MSN, FNP-BC, APHN-BC
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Holistic Nurse, and Herbalist, I am committed to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My practice incorporates:
– Integrative Medicine: Combining conventional and natural therapies to support long-term health.
– Mental Health Support: Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), medication management, and herbal medicine to promote emotional well-being.
– Herbal & Nutritional Therapy: Individualized herbal treatments, supplements, and IV nutritional therapy for wellness and disease prevention.
– Anti-Aging & Aesthetic Medicine: Botox, dermal fillers, Pellevé radiofrequency skin tightening, laser skin rejuvenation, and PRP therapy to support graceful aging.
– Neuromusculoskeletal Therapy: Dry needling, craniosacral therapy, trigger point injections, and myofascial release for comfort support.

Meet April Stephens
Certified Integrative Health Coach & Center Director
April, an Integrative Health and Well-Being Coach trained at Duke University, has over twenty years of coaching experience.
Initially rooted in children’s advocacy, her career evolved into a passionate pursuit to sustain and mentor women in the process of rebuilding their lives.
In 2002, she helped to establish a women’s integrative health advocacy program for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The strength of those women inspired her to create other resiliency programs that were open to both men and women who wanted to catalyze personal growth and transformation.
In 2006, she joined forces with her father and brother to launch Ageless Integrative Medicine. Our aim is to empower patients who feel unseen and unheard to actively participate in their healing journey and curate a life of vibrancy.
In 2020, while rebuilding her own life, April graduated from the Integrative coaching program at Duke University.
She is the Center Director at Ageless and a trauma-informed provider with specialized training in coaching individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, and menopause. She also supports those navigating major life transitions, such as starting college, adjusting to an empty nest, or managing the changes that come with menopause.
Along with her coaching, she has performed over 30,000 laser treatments for sun damage, scarring, acne and skin rejuvenation.
